Bulletproof BS Detector

I truly believe "evidence" should come from the entire "practitioner to RCT" spectrum.

But how the hell can you tell when to trust the scientist & when to listen to the practitioner?

I don't know. I've certainly been duped and picked the wrong side plenty before.

However, what I can offer, is how I got about analyzing it all and my decision-making process. This is the extremely quick version for those with a little less patience, the full system will be released later.

Hope this helps.

5 Min Phys: What Exercises Do, and Don't DO!

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when designing their workouts is failing to understand the fundamental principle that EXERCISES DO NOT determine the adaptation.

For example, just because you do "power cleans", you may not be getting more powerful. Or just because you need to improve your cardio, you don't necessarily HAVE to cycle, jog, or hit the elliptical.

This short video explains the true relationship between the exercise you perform, and the resulting adaptation!

Enjoy.
